The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. It provides all the basic amenities (WiFi, cable TV, water, electricity, hot water and washing machine). Ideal for vacationing as it is located 45 minutes from Nayaritas beaches, 15 minutes from downtown Tepic (Amado Nervo Museum, Cathedral, etc.) and 5 minutes from the Main Square of Xalisco, Nayarit.

Spacious and bright studio for 2 people. Queen-sized Murphy bed, double reclining sofa, table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Garden. Parking. We have 100Mb fiber optic internet. It has direct and private access on the ground floor of our house. Share the garden and laundry with another suite in the same house. We're unable to accommodate pets. We live on the house's top floor and have 2 cats. A gated community with a beautiful beach club. The house is for sale.

The house is in the village of San Blas, 600 meters from Borrego beach, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, a barbecue, sound equipment, a ping pong table, badminton, golf pool, dominoes, and other board games. The pool has a temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. And for good habits there is a yoga mat, rope, exercise bands, soccer ball, goal and books for good reading.
