The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning, air purifier & electricity generator. It’s a great value. No smoking, no pets & has parking spot.

The Rodriguez House

The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. If you love coffee as much as we do, there is a dedicated coffee bar for you to make your espresso drink. We also have a 19Kw Caterpillar backup generator 💡
