We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house!!! It is place to feel comfortable!! The location just a few meters from an idyllic bay!! Pure nature... we didn't miss anything!!! Kitchen is super equipped!!! The terrace invites you to relax !!! A heartfelt thank you to Maddalena for having such a lovely time in Conca Verde!!!! The contact was great !! Maddalena contacted us before arrival... everything was well explained and even during the stay she was always available for us!!! We would love to come back!!!!

We spent 7 wonderful days in the beautiful guest house of Andrea and Ralph. Strategically very conveniently located, we arrived within 15-40 minutes (car ride) in beautiful small towns such as Tempio, St. Teresa and Palau as well as a variety of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic rocky coves. As the crowning glory of our stay, we were able to take a sailing trip to Corsica with Andrea and Ralph and two other friendly guests (highly recommended!). The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and the very good reviews of our previous tenants. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back! Regards, A&P

had fantastic 2 weeks due to the large outdoor space, and also in the house everything was present. Because we did not go in the high season, we could enjoy the tranquility in the area and we had the beach to ourselves. The review about the too small bathroom is no longer correct because the bathroom has since been renovated. thanks!!

The house is simply perfect. In a panoramic position, it enjoys a priceless view of the Maddalena archipelago and you don't hear any noise of any kind: the only thing that speaks is nature. In front of the living area, a shaded patio contains sofas with a small table, where you can sip aperitifs while looking at the sea and a table with chairs, where you can eat, always with the same wonderful view. The whole house has recently been furnished with fine furniture; the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all kinds of appliances, utensils or furnishings. Chiara is an attentive and precise host; she gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the house and accurate information about it. In the area, reachable in 15/20 minutes by car, there are beautiful beaches with an enchanting sea. Santa Teresa is only 15 minutes away and there are several supermarkets where you can shop. Really great vacation

We had a nice time at the Conca Verde accommodation. The apartment was clean and cozy, the host Jimmy very friendly and helpful with many good tips. A quiet beach with a cocktail bar was nearby. Attractions such as Santa Teresa or Valle della Luna were easily accessible by car. The visit to an agritourism that Jimmy recommended was particularly nice - delicious food and great views. We felt very comfortable!

This villa is idyllic. The surroundings are gorgeous and well tended. The house is lovely and as pictured and described. Very modern bathrooms and the small kitchen is extremely well equipped. The air conditioning works beautifully and the water pressure in showers is excellent. Substantial doors and windows with solid locking mechanisms. A huge plus is the storage room downstairs. It contains a highchair as well as a variety of sporting equipment. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment. Host and concierge company are very responsive. I have two suggestions for renters. Bring insect repellent for the mosquitoes and bring bottled water. We were not aware that the water from the faucets was not drinkable until we asked the concierge company and they said not to drink it. Also, do not put your trash out the night before pick up due to wild boars. Put it out early in the morning. My entire family absolutely loved this villa. You will too.
