Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

had fantastic 2 weeks due to the large outdoor space, and also in the house everything was present. Because we did not go in the high season, we could enjoy the tranquility in the area and we had the beach to ourselves. The review about the too small bathroom is no longer correct because the bathroom has since been renovated. thanks!!

The house is simply perfect. In a panoramic position, it enjoys a priceless view of the Maddalena archipelago and you don't hear any noise of any kind: the only thing that speaks is nature. In front of the living area, a shaded patio contains sofas with a small table, where you can sip aperitifs while looking at the sea and a table with chairs, where you can eat, always with the same wonderful view. The whole house has recently been furnished with fine furniture; the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all kinds of appliances, utensils or furnishings. Chiara is an attentive and precise host; she gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the house and accurate information about it. In the area, reachable in 15/20 minutes by car, there are beautiful beaches with an enchanting sea. Santa Teresa is only 15 minutes away and there are several supermarkets where you can shop. Really great vacation

Ester's villa was one of the most beautiful vacation home we’ve had. Me and my group of friends felt extraordinary in this villa. The house is exactly as it is presented, but the garden is much more wonderful in reality and offers you peace and quiet. Both Ester and Francesca were extremely helpful, communication with them was very easy and super fast. They both gave us a lot of useful recommendations and advice. Conca Verde is a really nice place, so if you want to have peace and be surrounded by wonderful landscape, at 5-6 minutes walk to the beach, I totally recommend Ester’s villa. Sardinia is an incredible island worth to see more than once in your lifetime, so when we are planning to come back again, Villa Ester will be our first choice, for the northern part. Thanks for everything, you were a wonderful host!!

We had a family vacation in five. The house is very cozy, clean and well furnished. Wide indoor and outdoor spaces. Magnificent view from the terrace. It's worth getting up early to see a breathtaking sunrise.

More and more Better than advertised! appartement was large clean, quiet and traditional . We loved staying here, and felt completely at home. Communication with Marco was easy, self check in was wonderful. The home had an AC (necessary because it was 34C/93F), and beds were very comfy. The shower stall is pretty, aside from that it was perfect. Thanks Marco for sharing your apartment with us

The house is wonderful. In a very quiet area surrounded by nature, where you can encounter local fauna (no danger, of course!). Having breakfast and dinner under the porch is something priceless. I highly recommend it to those who want to unwind!
