The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped, we are very well installed! Mr. Milton very attentive, helpful we had a great stay!

Our six-day stay at Jessica's Kitinet was wonderful. The place was impeccable, clean, quiet, independent. Very close to general commerce. Good place for walks since it is located near the beach. The place is ideal for a couple. Upon our return to Conceição da Barra, we will give preference to Jéssica's location.

We stayed for 1 day and had a good experience. The place is simple, but it met what we were looking for. It was clean, organized, and communication with the host was smooth. Ideal for those looking for something basic, functional and cost-effective. I recommend it!

Comfortable and cozy place, Quiet and safe neighborhood

The host Leila, a lovely person, always willing to answer my questions and always in touch. The co-host Solange welcomed us very well, helped with market, restaurant and places to visit, always willing to answer any questions too, and also a lovely person, good conversation etc... We loved our stay at Leila/ Solange's AP. I recommend it

We spent three great days in Ana Luiza's apartment. The location is perfect and the balcony very nice. We were positively surprised, as the refrigerator and air conditioner were exchanged for new models, different from those in the listing photos. Shower with hot water and comfortable and firm bed, just the way we like it. Ana Luiza was also very nice and shared some really nice directions. P.S.: the wi-fi of the house was on, but it didn't work. the 4g of vivo worked perfectly everywhere in the village, so it wasn't a problem.

The apartment is excellent. Despite being a room, the rooms are spacious. New and comfortable (firm) double bed mattress and another high and comfortable double mattress. Two more single beds. The people in the condominium are helpful and made us feel comfortable. Excellent location. For those seeking silence, you should know that from the apartment you can hear the shows. But since I already knew the location, I rented knowing and it didn't disturb my sleep. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it and rent it again.
