A few years ago, this was the place where community dwellers gathered for their religious prayers and rituals. A magical and energetic place by nature where we will be more than happy to share with you.

Santa Clara Farm Eco-Friendly House

This beautiful, super comfortable bio-construction cottage accommodates 1 couple. Located amidst the incredible nature of Tijucal, a rural area of Conceição do Mato Dentro, it is perfect for couples who want to have a glass of wine by the wood-burning stove and enjoy delicious waterfall baths located on the property itself. Seasonal fruits, organic vegetables and free-range eggs are also available to guests The natural pool and waterfall are common to guests of the two houses available for rent.

Casa Alecrim

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people, in a suite and one bedroom and two bathrooms. In the large room we have two sofas where they can sleep two more people. It shows a beautiful view composed of the lake at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at the guests' disposal.

A cozy house with modern countryside style. The enchantment of the mountain offers comfort, convenience and is 1km from the city center. Still, it has private access to the lagoon and we offer kayaks and sup for guest use. For your convenience, we offer bed and bath linens, being necessary to carry only blanket/covered. Don't miss your chance to stay with us! We are in the process of finishing, but the enjoyment of the space is already perfect. Pets are accepted for a fee.

Casa da Lago, in the beach, best place, is part of the reserve kayak tours, lake view, mountains and waterfalls, is within the Village, very close to restaurants and tourist sites. It's a 10-minute walk to the bridge, the Boqueirão waterfall entrance and Rappel waterfall. Relax in this unique and quiet place! With private access to lake and beach. Courtesy of Brudden kayaks are available 24h for guests. The common area offers beach tennis court, shower, fire pit, nets and a deck overlooking the Serra do Espinhaço. We are 1.5 km from the church square, close to the main local bars and restaurants
