Family-friendly holiday rentals in Concón

Me and my family loved the apartment, close to the beach and the beautiful view, Teresa was always attentive and even let us leave later, which is too appreciated. The only thing we didn't like was the temperate pool and jacuzzi due to the smell of chlorine but of course I understand that comes out of Teresa's hands, outside of that 10/10 we would definitely return we felt right at home.

Excellent place to relax, comfortable and nice apartment, the attention of the people of the building was great, great view and excellent host, very easy and attentive at all times.

Great place well situated for the best sites of Valparaiso. Well equipped and perfect space for a family.

We had a great time,we loved the view and distribution of the apartment, the location of this one,it is formidable since you have access to different places to visit in vineyard both on foot and in vehicle

Jaunpablo's place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 and a half months. It is close to the bus terminal and supermarkets. The apartment block has pool and common areas that we used. The people in the building were very friendly. Jaunpablo was a very nice host, always approachable and responsive. We were in Vina during the forest fires, both Jaunpablo and building concierge gave us important information and helped us during the crisis. I would highly recommend staying at Jaunpablo's place when you visit Vina del mar.

Vale is super kind and always willing and concerned, warm at all times and concerned to no end. Definitely a home I would always return to. Clara's apartment is just as described, it is comfortable, located in a beautiful complex that respects the architectural design of the city! On the other hand Clara is an excellent host, she always responded quickly and with quick, efficient and friendly communication. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant place, where you can feel at home. We definitely recommend this apartment, where you can get lost in the magical streets of Cerro Alegre, which makes it a space in one of the best locations in the city!

Best of all, the location and accessibility for any place of vineyard of the sea, very safe, quiet and comfortable, ideal for two people. Paulina is always attentive and concerned about our well-being, we had a wonderful weekend. Really a break in the city.

We loved this apartment so much we extended our stay. It is in a secure building. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a great view. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We really liked using the washing machine. We walked or took a city bus everywhere. There is a Unimarc around the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment for one or two people. 4 would be fairer, but also. All very clean, modern and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable to be there. Good location, close to Av Valparaiso with all its shops. Subway and micros right in front of the building. The height of the apartment gives it a nice view.

Carlos was an excellent host, I was late and he already had everything coordinated so that they could receive me, the apartment was in excellent condition, the location was great! I don't hesitate to come back on a next stroll!

The apartment is located in the perfect area for the needs we had, we moved on foot between the different activities, excellent. Safe area with all services at hand. Access to the garage is just a little confusing, but when you understand it, there are no difficulties. I highly recommend it
