Beautiful Modern Style & Location

Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

This PH unit have the best views of all San Juan from his spacious balcony, its located in La Placita area we’re all the bars, restaurants and night life are just a few steps away. The beach is just 10 mins walk and from (SJU) San Juan international airport it’s about 7-10 mins drive. The unit have Wi-fi and high speed internet and 2 T.V.s Free assigned parking in the same condo with control access. The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

We have a lagoon directly behind our building with kayak and other water rentals. You also have beach access across the street (just a 2 lane walk). We are Puerto Rican owned! The building has an entire building generator, evening security, electronic gate to enter & parking available for free first come first serve. Amenities include: WIFI & Smart TV.
