The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation in the heart of the historic center with views of the Montjoie Tower (7 minutes from the J line station). Atypical studio in the heart of the old town and one minute from the Seine overlooking a small garden. Ideal for a single person or couple. Charming studio by the Seine

Completely renovated studio, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Ideal for 2 people, this large studio can however accommodate up to 4 people thanks to an additional bed on the mezzanine. It is close to the old town of Conflans with all the shops nearby. Parking is available opposite on the quays. The access ladder to the mezzanine bed is quite narrow and requires some flexibility, there are no barriers it is not suitable for young children.

Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

Pretty barge in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine

With family or friends, the Crocodile barge welcomes you for a pleasant stay in nature, 30 minutes by transport from Paris Saint-Lazare train station. Very bright thanks to the many windows (flush with the water!), the 80 m2 accommodation is built in a barge dating from 1929. There may be a little swell, but not enough to get sick. In summer, enjoy aperitifs on the terrace, watching barges and wildlife pass by (swans, moorhens, coypus...).

The Lodge des Villettes, in Jouy-le-Moutier, offers calm and greenery with terrace, garden and private parking. 30 km from Paris or Versailles, close to A15/A13 and RER stations.
