This dreamy mountain inn is the perfect place to get away and relax in the mountains. It has 3 King beds a sleeper sofa and 2 baths. The home has a large yard and patio with a hot tub. BBQ grill and fire ring outside. Only a short drive to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater…less then 5 minutes! (10 mins to Nemacolin and 25 to Seven Springs) Enjoy the amenities of Ohiopyle without the crowds. Grill rental is available for $25 available April - October. Pet Fee $100 and $50 for each additional pet

25 minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, 10 mins. from Ohiopyle, 100 yards from the river and less than a mile to Lake Yeogh. The Conduit at Confluence is your place to stay to get back in touch with nature. The Allegheny passage bike/hike trail is right in town, with Ohiopyle a short and flat hour bike ride away. The home has all of the modern conveniences, including deck for relaxing and grilling, and a fenced backyard for the pups.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a rustic inspired yet delightfully modern interior. The front porch view is stunning, overlooking our farm with horses and the surrounding mountainside. The Stonehouse sits on the banks of the Casselman River at the Confluence with Laurel Hill Creek and the Youghiogheny River. The home sleeps up to 10. The home is newly renovated but the charms of the 1920 built home remain. Features include hardwood floors, open floor plan, propane fireplace, relaxing porch, hot tub and a large yard with a fire pit.
