O apartamento é bem-localizado. Fica no terceiro andar, tendo que subir escadas. Na mesma rua possui supermercado, farmácias, uma padaria e um açougue enfrente, lojas, etc. O apartamento fica perto do centro de Conselheiro Lafaiete, porém em uma região tranquila, além de ser perto do hospital principal da cidade. Possui 1 vaga de garagem. As áreas externas estão em reforma por isso está feio ainda, peço a compreensão pois pelo apartamento valerá a pena. 😃 Qualquer dúvida estou a disposição.
