We had a fantastic stay at the place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the working table, and fast internet. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Highly recommended✨️💯💯💯 MG's place is perfect for family and travelers who want to be in the center of all. Easy access to commute. Food stalls were just right in the corner. Mall is just in front. Pier is a quick 5 to 10 minutes trip. It was a nice place to rest after a whole day of travel. Thank You for welcoming us :)

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. From start to finish, this Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). Every detail had clearly been thought through—from the comfy bed and fluffy towels to the fully stocked kitchen and local recommendations. The neighborhood was safe and charming, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. We're just visiting Cebu for our vacation but Cebu felt like home when you're staying here. Very responsive hosts, friendly, and has clear and easy to follow instructions. Amenities were great especially for the price we booked it.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Great central place to stay!

We did have an amazing stay. The place, amenities, supplies were more than adequate and satisfactory. This place is highly recommendable. Also thanks to Joy for being a responsive and gracious host!
