I really appreciated my stay here! It’s beautiful, nice part of town and very unique! Highly recommend esp if you’re a creative looking to be inspired.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. The villa is beautiful and the host Cesare is incredible. And I mean incredible. We have had excellent hosts before but he is beyond belief. He even helped us when there was a train strike by picking us up in Florence. He is warm, responsive, friendly, funny. He answered every text in a minute. Family with kids went and the place is beautiful, spacious and the pool is large and fabulous. It was the best week of our vacation. We also had a wonderful cooking class at the villa that Cesare recommended. Gabriella was so much fun. Florence is 30 minute car or a train ride but we always took train. We hope we can return.

We had the most magical stay at this Tuscany farm! The property is absolutely stunning — nestled among rolling vineyards and olive groves, with postcard-perfect views in every direction. Our apartment was spacious, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing local recommendations. Our kids loved meeting the animals, exploring the grounds, and especially swimming in the beautiful pool overlooking the hills — it was a total dream! Evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and the Tuscan sunset were unforgettable. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Tuscan escape! 🌿🍷☀️

Guillaume & Giulia’s place was absolutely beautiful. Both they and their property manager Duccio, were so responsive, helpful, and wonderful to us. They had a great book of very good recommendations (for all budgets and tastes!) in the Kitchen with very detailed instructions/tips and tricks. You could really tell they put a LOT of effort into creating this for people to benefit from, and the whole space felt like this as well. It was so homey and lovely. Honestly the best stay we’ve had in all of our travels within Europe! Thank you so much for having us, if we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we will be sure to book with you and would recommend you to anyone we know!

A corner of paradise surrounded by nature and peace For those who love nature, silence, and a slower pace of life, Podere di Tullio is simply the perfect place. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos — the moment we arrived and saw the cottage, we instantly said: “We’ll definitely come back here.” We spent an unforgettable week, completely immersed in greenery and tranquility. Everything is thoughtfully cared for down to the smallest detail: the house is welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offers all the comforts one might need. The large, well-maintained garden was a true paradise for our 21-month-old, who could run freely and enjoy nature in complete safety. We recommend renting a car to get around easily — the nearest grocery store is less than 10 minutes away, along with other nearby attractions. A special thank you to Paolo and Barbara, wonderful hosts who were always kind, helpful, and flexible. They made us feel at home from the very first moment.

We stayed at the villa for our daughter’s wedding. It was the most beautiful, magical night. Vanessa helped with everything we needed and more. I can’t even express how beautiful her property is. The views are astonishing! Vanessa is a super host indeed. Everything was perfect! What a true gift Vanessa is willing to share.
