Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

This place is absolutely amazing. Beautiful and peaceful. A lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable and fun! What a wonderful experience we had. The owners are so kind and helpful! We accidentally locked ourselves out and they came and let us back in with no problem. We were so thankful to get to stay in such a wonderful place. Amazing hosts! Can’t wait to go back!

We visited Conway for our daughter's graduation and the house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available and the neighbor was extremely quiet and peaceful. We will look to book again when we visit during graduate school!

I’m blown away by this tiny house! The hosts did an amazing job with the space and were so friendly and kind. The space and the location were so beautiful. I loved how it didn’t matter what kind of weather we experienced, the space cultivated a calming and peaceful atmosphere. I would almost say it had a spiritual feel in it was easy for my husband and I to do self-reflection and reconnect with each other. The bed was so comfortable and the temperature in the space was perfect! We also loved the heated floors and the hot tub was the cherry on top. We are definitely going to book here again for sure!
