Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Conway

Perfect home away from home for our needs. Minutes away from Hardy Farm, and 15-20 minutes away from great breakfast and lunch options just over the border in NH. Space was so clean and lovely, new bathroom with washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and couch as well. Rene was so kind to let me know about their steamer / iron as my husband and I were visiting to attend a friends wedding - it absolutely came in handy. Easy check in with a code, as we didn’t arrive until 2am in the morning bc of delayed flights.

The place is beautiful and impeccably clean. Definitely did not expect to find such a well-maintained and nicely decorated house in NH. Our stay was a short one, but Laura stocked and prepared her place well to make our stay easy. The beds are comfortable, and there are many spots to curl up and relax in the peaceful sound of the running river.

We had a wonderful weekend at Libby's place. The home is so cozy and clean and in a fantastic location with so much to do nearby.

We are from india & always take out shoes outside, they have same tradition , to keep place clean like temple or church, our first impression, we can visit this place again in future. so far we stayed in so maney air b&B ,this was , topping the list. we are once again thnakful to donny,s

We had a great stay at Pete's vacation home in North Conway! The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. It was located on a quiet street, but very close to town, and tons of fun family activities like Storyland. Pete was a great host, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We are grateful for such a nice getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in New Hampshire. It was me, my parents, my husband, and our kids—and the space felt perfect for all of us. The house was very clean, cozy, and had a warm, homey feeling that made us feel completely at ease, like we were in our own home. Everything we needed was there, which made settling in so easy. The location was absolutely amazing—everything we wanted to do was just a five to ten minute drive away. Whether it was exploring, dining, or just relaxing, it was all super convenient. You can tell the hosts really put thought into making this a welcoming and comfortable space. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

Very clean and organized space!

This home was everything! Whimsical, cute and immaculately clean. The layout was so fun and thoughtful; it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always checking in and quick to answer any questions, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, and the house itself just screams New Hampshire charm. We were celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday with 11 people (including a bunch of kids), and everyone, from the kids to grandparents, felt completely at home. It was also dog-friendly, which made it even better. The home was safe for the kids, free of clutter or hazards, and the hot tub was a huge hit! This wasn’t just a rental, it felt like our own little escape. Nobody wanted to leave! We’re all heading home feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about when we can return. Highly, highly recommend this magical spot. ✨

This was an incredible stay, despite the weather we had a great time hiking in the White Mountains. Coming back to this Airbnb was very nice after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

We really enjoyed Suzanne’s charming apartment. It had everything that we needed and a lovely porch off the kitchen overlooking the river. Great coffee shop next door! Nonna’s Italian restaurant and Big Day brewery are excellent. There is a cool art shop across the street from Nonna’s

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Highly recommend for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. We were in town for a wedding in Jackson and this was a perfect location only 7 mins up the road (gorgeous backroad drive). Check-in was easy, Barbara was lovely to communicate with, and accommodations were exactly what we needed. Cute little studio with everything we needed (kitchen, bathroom, comfy bed) and a beautiful view of the river and mountains. Very peaceful stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in town. We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!
