Each bedroom has a queen size bed (with electric blankets) sunny open plan living and a huge front lawn - perfect for families & boat parking.

The bus is old but cozy and in a private area for you & friends to enjoy. please expect budget glamping with all the natural experiences.Native bush,the River across the road to swim in,the sea 2kms aswell as a dairy, pub,walks and cafes very close. perfect for a group reunion with a camp kitchen and pizza oven for use 3 nights or more. beds are two doubles one single and small couch for kids. Welcome to our stunning modern beach house nicely setup for those winter days and evenings. Sit in front of the cozy indoor gas fire, get the board games out, and even take a soak in the 40degree celsius spa pool/Jacuzzi. With plenty of room to spread out you can find your own spot to relax, or play some table tennis or take a walk to the beach. Walk to the Lost Springs and soak in the hot pools for that special treat.

Kahukura

This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
