Charming cottage with an ocean view in a private setting seaside community with updated kitchen that does NOT include a stove however there is a cooktop, microwave and toaster oven, 3/4 bathroom w a shower. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have and many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Amazing ocean views from nearly every spot in the house. Open layout on first floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom with deck to ocean. Gaze at the water as you work at the desk, cook your meals, or lounge on one of the two first floor couches. There's a half bath downstairs as well, and books and games to enjoy. The second floor features two bedrooms and full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ocean views; the master is your calming tranquil oasis next to the sea.
