Take it easy at this unique stone cottage & farm stay. Set in a rural setting 20 mins from Cooma, 45 min to Jindabyne, & 75 min to Kosciusko National Park. Drive down our shared unsealed road through neighbouring working farmland (grazing cows, calves, sheep & lambs) for approx 4km to the small self contained stone cottage. Built in the early 1800’s this is the original property on the land. The cottage has just been renovated and includes a luxury brand new bathroom with heated floor.

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land.
