Charming 3 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. New place to stay

Quaint Farmhouse near Boonville

The home was wonderfully furnished and stocked, on beautiful acreage, and a back porch worth spending evenings on. It was far enough from town to avoid the noise and rush, but close enough that any attraction, restaurant, and other things to do were within easy driving distance. Mandy was an absolute gem of a host. Reached out to make sure we had everything we needed, supplied local recommendations (which were spot on!) for many various things to do or see. She readily flexed our check-in to accommodate our drive, offered any support we needed, and was wonderful to talk to. If you’re ever anywhere within an hour of Boonville, and don’t want the crush of staying in town, this is the home and host you need. We will be back, many times.

My children and I really enjoyed our one night stay. This space was a perfect fit for us and the property was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Kimberly made sure we had exactly what we needed to be comfortable and was very responsive. We look forward to coming back and enjoying some patio time.
