Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cooper Jack Bay Settlement

Our stay was absolutely fantastic ! This location could not have been better , very close to some of the best restaurants , night life and beaches on the island. Our family had a great time and our temporary neighbors were quite friendly ! I would stay here again . The home was beautiful and the AC was nice and cold which was awesome as well .

We had an amazing time and loved the place, Mike, and the entire experience. The house was so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive from the beach and Smith’s reef. Mike was so welcoming and gave us great information about places to go off the beaten path to have wonderful days of adventure. He also recommended a great fishing trip and snorkel trip. This place was a great value for the island and Mike even lent me some dumbells and a yoga mat, etc so o could work out. He is a great person and very informative host who grew up in this amazing place and was so helpful.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Katherine went above and beyond as a host—quick to respond, super accommodating, and genuinely kind. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great experience, and it really shows. I can’t recommend her place enough. Wow . What an INCREDIBLE experience. Not only was she always one call away , but she met us at the property and made us feel right at home . She had balloons and cupcakes waiting for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so special. There was plenty of space for our group , the private pool and basketball court featured at the house made a great night in . SPOTLESS home with soaps lotions gels and more included in the bathroom. We always had fresh towels and she even helped coordinate our taxi from the airport . She helped us get to the local market for snacks and I cannot say enough about the level of hospitality provided . Our entire group can speak on the fact the house looks BETTER than the photos. It doesn’t even do it justice . There are balconies attached to the rooms and air conditioner units in the bedrooms. I will always stay with Lisa when I visit Turks . . Do not keep scrolling , book this house . Aziza and Shisha are 10 minutes away. The location was everything.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

I enjoyed my stay! The location is amazing, next to everything from restaurants, to beaches, to grocery store to the lounges/club! I truly felt at home. Check-in was super easy and the condo was super easy to find. 10/10 you’ll love it there!

Anya’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a modern and minimalist design. It’s a 3 minute walking distance to The Sands Resort and a 9 - 14 minute walking distance to the strip - great restaurants, bars and shops. The community pool was great. Anya is very responsive. Just a mention, our flight landed (2:30pm) 1.5 hours earlier than 4pm so we checked with the property point of contact to see if we could access the apartment. We were advised the property had not been cleaned yet and would be ready at 4pm. At 4pm we contacted the property for the apartment # because we had not it received yet and when we walked in the apartment was still being clean. The cleaning persons did not finish cleaning until 5:30pm after we had arrived in the apartment. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. Overall, very nice space and I would book again.

Keno is an exceptional super host. I have been staying at the same place for 5 years, in part because of Keno and the comfort we have that it will come together. He is always responsive and gets the job done. Its Turks & Caicos so its a foreign country and its nice to have someone who is dependable and accountable. He is with a doubt an exceptional host.

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and hands down one of our favorites. Not just because of the beautiful island itself but definitely for the Airbnb we stayed in. The pictures do not do it any justice. Very gorgeous place and the host was very very kind and quick to respond. Will be staying there again when we get back.

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Our place was amazing and super clean - we felt right at home. The pool, with floaties, was amazing and the privacy was incredible. The proximity to the beach was perfect - the stay couldn't have been better! Thank you!

This is truly the best situation if you don’t want to pay for a resort but want to be right in the Grace Bay strip’s action. It’s a perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to Graceway Gourmet grocery, 6 min walk to all the restaurants, shops, etc. The condo is great- clean, simple, really nice. Very soft bed, ample closet space, perfect little kitchen (dishwasher was a nice bonus), though we cooked on the courtyard grill quite a bit. It’s so nice to be able to step out the door and be steps away from the pool, which is fantastic. Beautiful accommodation and can’t wait to come back!

My family enjoyed this setting very much. After a day out touring, it was wonderful to come back “home” and know that we had a comfortable place and fantastic pool to relax. We felt safe, loved how quiet it was and also, appreciated how it was a central location that had many walkable areas to visit and/or drive to.

Beautiful location 5 minute walk from Beautiful, Quiet Leeward Beach Neighborhood was very nice and safe, security guards were in the neighborhood. The villa was extremely spacious and many amenities. Definitely would recommend

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

safe, fun, quiet! we loved walking to the cafe nearby. we were the only people to use the pool and never heard the neighbors. amenities like shampoo and so many towels were great for this beach spot.
