Conveniently located in the Parker Creek area, close to Willow Point and Russell Crossroads, Bolton Cove is a gated community of only 4 homes with wonderful amenities. You can enjoy the community swimming pool, sandy beach, dock your boat at our large community pier, take a walk on the waterfront boardwalk, take the children to the playground, or enjoy the kayaks.
