The location, despite having to climb stairs, makes it much easier. We are in the best neighborhood that has everything you need. Easy transportation to the south zone and downtown Rio de Janeiro is also a differential. Niterói has beautiful beaches such as Itacoatiara, Camboinhas, Sossego, Piratininga, Itaipu… all 30 minutes from the site.

We live in a charming house on the street that divides Glória, Catete and Santa Teresa. In 2013, we listed an independent apartment on Airbnb that we had idle here. Then, a little house that we built to receive English friends at the 2014 World Cup, and now it is time to announce this other one that we have just renovated and is delicious, with the right to a private deck and a support cup. Access is through the garden or the main house. The common areas are spacious and airy, with no risk of crowding!

Terrace with magnificent views. We have laundry. A few minutes by car from metro and beach of Barra da Tijuca. We charge R$50 to use the barbecue grill. We do not accept pets.
