The apartment has an excellent location, a wonderful view and is ideal for a stay with children. It has good parking and everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. It was a really nice stay. The apartment had everything I needed. The hostess was very friendly and responsive in communications at the beginning and end of my stay. It was not necessary to contact her during my time in the apartment because everything I needed was at hand.

Everything perfect, I just recommend that you check the condition of the dishes, they are not in good condition, the dishes are chipped. The rest is wonderful

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our doubts, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 sausage pets, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierge. In short, I recommend 100% this place 👍

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

i loved the place I felt at home, the host always ready to respond and help, the accommodation beautiful, a previleged view, everything impeccable, very clean, fully equipped I had many things that I surprised by the attention to the guests, the impeccable bathroom with hot water in perfect condition. I totally recommend it if you want to feel at home but disconnect from the city, with family, friends and as a couple.

Beautiful place. The house is comfortable for a large group. It has easy access and the environment is very nice and quiet for a few days of rest. The house has all the amenities and is very well equipped. Victor was very kind, he offered us to check out later, without even asking. I'd be back anyways

We spent 3 amazing days at Roberto's house. The house is just as shown in the photos, it is very well equipped and has everything you might need! Communication with Roberto was very good, he even gave us recommendations on local activities. The only detail to mention is that it does not have WIFI but there is a signal from the cell phone companies. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!
