Great host and property. Unique,great view,comfortable,well equipped. Great pool. 5 star across board except star on location as represented due to advertising of "short walk to beach ". Was short drive to multiple beautiful beaches,Smugglers Cove most beautiful secluded beach ever

We had a wonderful time at St. Thomas! Our first few days on the island we stayed with a friend that lives on the island. That was helpful, as the driving and roads are different then where we are from. I would suggest clicking on the directions on the Airbnb app to get the the house and use google maps. The house itself was more then we expected! The view from the back side of the house is directly to the ocean for miles and miles beautiful would be an understatement! Very spacious and we loved the layout! Our teenage boys had their own area and absolutely enjoyed relaxing in the pool! Two of the suites had a mini kitchen, perfect if you want a late night snack and do not wish to disturb anyone else they also had a private balcony, so peacful to hear the waves at night! There were also alot of little things that came with the house, play pens, box fans, bug spray, sunscreen etc. It was almost like we were at home! Roxanne was quick to respond with answers to any questions! Five ⭐️s!

Villa Paradiso was incredible! Hilltop location, overlooking to Jost Van Dyke. The roads are a little harrowing to get up there, but easily navigable, and once there it’s pure solitude. Our kids lived the pool. The kitchen had everything to cook to dinner for our group of 10. The outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Would rate the home 10/10 and Rehanna and Sylvia were so so great to communicate with.

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! Everything was as advertised the views were stunning the home was absolutely beautiful and sabrina was an excellent host. My favorite part was that it wasn't dead in the center of town nor was it too far away from Charlotte Amalie or anything else, really 10/10 on all fronts.

To say that Thomas and Holly were lovely hosts is a massive understatement. In our opinion they went above and beyond to help in any way possible and to make us feel welcome. They went so far as to meet us at the ferry dock (with their 4 month old baby) and have us follow them to the villa. That alone was impeccable service! We would stay at their villa again in a heartbeat if/when we ever go back to Tortola. Honestly just can’t say enough good things about them and this amazing vacation! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.

This St. John stay was everything we hoped for—breathtaking views of St. Thomas, unreal sunsets, and a cozy, well-equipped space. We spent evenings on the balcony, pretending we lived there (we wish!). We loved watching the boats wake up in the harbor, and seeing the emerald hummingbirds while washing dishes. It’s the kind of place that makes you forget what day it is, in the best way. The space was well stocked (oodles of towels) and plenty of kitchenware to have a cozy night in after a long day of exploring St. John. We’re already planning our return. Save us a sunset!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in the Virgin Islands. We came to St. John to explore the national park, which means we didn't spend most of the day in the space. HOWEVER, once we wrapped our day long hikes and adventures at the multiple beaches and bays, we grilled up some food and relaxed in the pool looking over the amazing view. The space was private and clean. We didn't mind not having a formal in-door casual space or a full kitchen. We were diligent about keeping food, trash, and anything else that might attract bugs cleaned up. This was not a problem for us at all. The bedrooms were extremely relaxing with AC, fans, and comfortable beds and pillows. Each room also had private balconies as well as their own bathrooms. The outdoor showers were fun experience as well. It was the perfect place for the four of us (two couples). We hope to make it back again someday!!

About us - First adventure to St. John for a family wedding.... we had four nuggets with us (two under 12 and two under 2 .. all boys) and their parents. Needed a home that would cover entertainment (pool), enough rooms and down home comfort. About the Villa - Easily met all of our requirements. The four bedrooms provided beds for my kids with kids, the kitchen had enough space for congregation and meal prep, the living room provided huge open area with kid friendly seating and the outdoor decks treated us to additional room. Helpful Hints (?) - Should have read amenities closer - "essentials not included" was one I missed... oops. Island Baby Rentals - excellent for extra cribs, toys, etc. Landlubber Logistics - excellent for pre-grocery stocking the home. Best of all, Ari was one of the quickest hosts we have worked with making this a memorable / want to do again experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house looks exactly like the photos, and the view is amazing! A nice private get away, close to so many things to do/restaurants. Very friendly neighbors as well. It felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. We just stayed at Zack’s a couple of days ago and can’t recommend enough! We stayed for 2 days after coming back from a boat charter in the BVIs and we really wanted to explore St. Thomas. Zack met us at the apartment/studio. The place was super cool like a New York loft and had lots of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys! We walked to restaurants and the Diamond District and Zack arranged for a car to the airport! Loved the vibe!

Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

Janice and her family are absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and welcoming. She provided clear instructions on where to meet and was incredibly flexible with our check-in time. Janice even personally drove us to the villa, gave us a full tour, and made sure we knew where everything was. As a thoughtful touch, she welcomed us with a fresh bowl of mangoes picked right from the tree on her property—such a lovely gesture! The villa itself is private, peaceful, and perfectly located. We were no more than 20 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go on the island, including all the ferry ports. Each evening, we relaxed by the pool and watched the sunset—truly a breathtaking experience. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Tortola—and when we do, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

Meghan’s place was perfect! Beautiful house in a perfect location from everything on the island, everything is about 20 minutes or less. Meghan and her concierge also provided great recommendations for everything we needed such as chefs, excursions, drivers, and restaurants, which were also all really great! Highly recommend, would be back!

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this house and location is. A beautiful view of the water in almost every location in the home. Very clean and the ere was plenty of room for 5 of us. We loved the spacious dining room with a huge dining table to seat a large group. When on the deck, you are almost directly above the water-feels like you are on a cruise ship! Andrew responded immediately whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this home!

The view is amazing, plenty of room and very spacious. AWD is a must for the driveway, pool are is very nice. No complaints at all. We loved our week here !!!!

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

Cheryls place is so nice. We loved the privacy of the place however close to so many beaches and restaurants. The pool was so nice, loved the garden shower and really everything. Would highly recommended her place in St Thomas!!

Kurt’s place was absolutely amazing for a relaxing get away. The space was beautiful and well maintained. The location is amazing as well with a less than 5 minute walk to Sapphire beach and a 5 minute drive to Red Hook. Kurt is also an amazing host who is extremely responsive and quick to help with anything you may need. Cant wait to book again!!

I’ve had staying in many airbnbs before, and Stacie’s place has been one of the best I’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more. Don’t even think twice to book this place! It’s beautiful. Also bathrooms were recently remodeled and they’re both beautiful. I will say that this home is not for children under or the elderly.
