This airbnb was very clean and quiet. I love how private it was. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place not too far from downtown and also private and quiet.

It was a beautiful location, and the condo was very comfortable. The host was responsive to everything and made certain everything was taken care of. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to family and friends who will be going there for vacations.

It was a great stay for my Family and I.

My family and I stayed at Hollidaze over Easter, and I have to say—I was genuinely blown away. Sonja, the host, was exceptional. Incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and truly made us feel welcome from the start. You can tell she really cares about the guest experience. The home itself completely exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos—which is saying a lot. Every detail was so well thought out, and the space felt both comfortable and special. It's in a quiet, peaceful area, which made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. We ended up spending the entire weekend outside, just enjoying everything the property had to offer. We hardly left—only for food—because there were so many great things to do right there. It was clear that a lot of care and planning went into making this a truly memorable stay. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else now. Looking forward to our next stay!

Both Katie and her on-site hostess Yvounger were personable, helpful and pleasant to interact with. We will definitely recommend to others as well as stay there in the future. The beach is beautiful and private so Katie offers lots of amenities like floats, beach toys for kids, snorkel gear and towels. It’s the epitome of a relaxing beach getaway. Well worth it. We rented the property for many factors. Deep water dock, pool and the property location which was convenient a grocery store and Port Lucaya. The home was perfect for our men’s fishing week. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms and linens were clean kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Gas grill worked great for cooking our catch. AC worked great as well as the WiFi and TV. We will be renting this property in the future for our trips. Rodney and Sabrina were great hosts.

Very beautiful house, and kind and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As an only note (as shared by the host as well), renting a car is almost required to get around.

Abby's place was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and felt like home away from home. The condo and beach were beautiful and everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

This is our third day with Arjet, everything was great and we would definitely stay again. Beds super comfy and air-conditioning works great, great view of the bay!

A gem in paradise. Great location right on the canal. Beautiful, clean codo with beautiful views. Host was very accommodating, friendly and answered all questions quickly. Plenty of room for my party of 6. Can’t wait to stay there again next year. Highly recommend

Came by boat from Fort Lauderdale for a long weekend at Sea Este. The trip took us 4 hours each way with SSE winds and a beautiful day. Great dockage, accommodations and local fare all by boat. Thanks for sharing

Marisa and Gabriella have a beautiful place!! my family and I stayed for a week and loved every bit of it. The beach was quiet and beautiful, but we also ventured to other beaches(Xanadu and Gold Rock Beach). We loved all of them. I would recommend getting a rental if you plan to do this. the m We cooked a lot, but the food was excellent when we did eat out. The neighbors were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel unsafe at any point. The dolphin swim was our family's favorite by far. We will be back!
