Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. Perfect stay for a large group! Lots of rooms! Lots of beds! 3.5 baths is clutch!!!! And affordable!!!! Also, the water pressure was amazing! We’ll have to come back when we can use the pool! Thanks so much!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

We stayed in DC with a group of friends and this place was absolutely perfect. The home is even more stunning in person than the photos show. Everyone had plenty of space, and the open layout made it ideal for hanging out and playing games. The hosts were fantastic and offered top-notch customer service. We’d definitely stay here again—wonderful experience all around!

Stayed a few nights and thought it was great! The place was very clean, stocked with drinks, coffee, and candy, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Darwin was very responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating. Close to the bus stop but was a bit hesitant to be walking around the area at night. Parking was convenient and private as well. Overall was happy with our stay!

Overall, our stay was nice. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble finding the entrance and almost thought we were at the wrong place, but the door is kind of tucked away next to the barber shop. The code for the door wasn't listed under the check-in instructions, but V responded very quickly so we were able to get in by the time we arrived. It's fairly close to the National Mall, Nationals Park, and downtown DC, but we didn't feel super safe walking around the immediate area. Fortunately, there's a lot of scooters, bikes, and Uber drivers, as well as a trolley. It can be a little noisy, especially on the side facing the street. But the doors and windows drown a lot of it out. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, and decent water pressure in the shower all made it worth it. And the Nespresso and provided snacks were nice little extras.

Was a great stay for my wife and I. Felt like we lived there when we arrived, and it was a Beautiful space!

Great place and exactly as described. Our host was super helpful with parking assistance and local information. The home is close to all the DC spots and Uber prices were reasonable. We had a rental that was a 2025 Lincoln Navigator and it fit in the driveway with enough room to exit and we did not scrape the ground. I think most SUVs would have no issues parking in the driveway. We got a temporary pass for the street with help of the host as we had our older parents and exiting on the slope of the driveway was a bit tough for them. Overall a great stay at an affordable price, we will definitely rebook when we return next fall.

We felt right at home. Nunu was so responsive and just a joy. She takes great care of her home. We felt safe and were not very far from the sites we wanted to visit. There were beautiful plants everywhere and the place was clean and well stocked if you decide to cook.

Marcus, we really appreciate you making us feel at home. It was very comfortable and relaxing, great location. Beds were comfortable, felt like home away from home, alot of room to entertain the family, even enjoyed the downstairs with the pool table.

This is the perfect place to get in and out of University of Maryland. We didn’t explore the immediate community much, but the house was a perfect hub to get from place to place while visiting the DC area. The house has plenty of space, felt safe and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. it was even better than the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights for us was the park right next door, which my daughter absolutely loved. It was so convenient to have that outdoor space just steps away. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!

We love this home it’s very neat, spacious, the hosts are very kind and put alot of effort in meeting our needs responding very fast to messages and very thoughtful- they had books and toys out for the kids when we arrived. It’s definitely child friendly with a big back yard for the kids to ride their bikes. We recommend the suite to anyone and hope to return soon.

Spent a couple of nights, we found the house clean and spacious, suitable for a family up to 6 people. The location is about 15 -20 commute from Downtown DC by car. Nabidou was very clear sending instructions and we all enjoyed the time in DC/Maryland area. I definitely recommend this place!

Really really great location and the house itself was amazing! The upper floors do struggle a little bit to stay as cool as the lower ones, but each room had fans which made it lots better!

Overall a good stay. Safe community and easy to commute. Only annoying thing is the neighor behind the house always play very music loudly in evening but can stop before midnight.

Raul A’s Place was absolutely amazing and the perfect home base for my husband’s graduation at the Gaylord National Convention Center! We were able to bring our entire family, including the kiddos, and the location, paired with the thoughtful amenities, made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Raul and his wife truly thought of everything. From the welcome gift (which was such a kind touch!) to the fully stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable, it felt just like home. Graduation weekends can be chaotic, especially with different families and little ones, but Raul A’s Place helped ease so much of that stress. Raul and his wife were both incredibly responsive, making check-in smooth and checking in on us throughout our stay. They were so understanding, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. If you’re visiting the area, especially with family, this is the perfect Airbnb!
