Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coral Terrace

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—peaceful, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Angel sent clear and detailed instructions before my arrival, making check-in super easy. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. When an unexpected issue came up, Angel was very helpful. He’s kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely stay here again!

10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

Don’t even know where to begin! Our best Airbnb experience! The photos of the home were accurate, it’s just as beautiful as pictured. HOWEVER the grounds on the property were way way prettier than pictured! It really felt like having your own private park! Everything was so well thought out, and communicated, it really was a perfect stay. My only complaint about the experience was having to return to our home afterwards!

Stayed for a couple of nights for UM graduation. The dual homes are ideal for a family group. Highlights include firm memory foam mattresses, TVs in every room, very nice outdoor space, and even arcade games in the casita. Good location for everything you want to do in Miami. We appreciated the flexibility of checking in four hours early and the extended check out. Will try to stay here again when we return.

I loved the apartment. It was clean and the decorations were so pretty 🤍 Michelle was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. Will stay here again if I'm ever back in Miami. Thank you Michelle :)

The house was clean and beautiful. Multiple amenities were provided and great location as well! Would highly recommend!

The house was spacious. The pool was great and my daughter loved it. Also, as a plus for a parent traveling with a little ones, there were three different locks on the door outside to the pool area so I felt safe with a younger child there. There were plenty of towels including two beach towels. The shades keep a decent amount of light out of the bedrooms as well. A nice perk is that there wasn’t a list of tasks to complete prior to leaving. The freezer had an ice machine which was appreciated to fill water bottles for the day. While listed as provided, there is no conditioner in the showers (only shampoo and body wash) so bring your own. I did message the host to ask if there was any extra laundry detergent (the bottle was empty); they read but never answered that message so we bought some travel sized detergents from the grocery store to do a load. Other cleaning supplies seemed to be present but plan to bring any detergent you might need.

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

5 Stars - Clean, Convenient, and Last-Minute Friendly! We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. It's in an excellent location— super close to the Design District and Wynwood, which made getting around easy and stress-free. We were especially grateful they allowed us to book at the last minute. It truly was a blessing, and the host made everything smooth and simple. The space itself was wonderful, comfortable, and spotless. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. We are so thankful to have had this experience! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, good restaurants, great views. The only issue was the hand scans at the end as they started not working but rather than that 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed at Rachel and Michael’s place for 10 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The location is beautiful and in a fantastic, safe area. The facilities were top-notch, and the historical charm of the home made it even more special. Rachel went above and beyond—she even stocked the place with food and snacks for our arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We've visited this area before, but this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Federico was a very responsive host. When I needed anything he would reply in seconds. The house was great it was everything it said on the description. The neighborhood was very child friendly. The house was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Perfect stay, I definitely recommend! Close to everything and great views.

I travelled to Miami for F1 weekend and sunshine, Cory’s place was beyond expectations. It was beautiful, clean, the bed was comfortable, it has an amazing rain shower, and he left so many thoughtful extras like snacks, mojitos, drinks, and personal care items. The pool area and hot tub is great and also pretty quiet. Coconut grove is also an amazing area to stay, it’s very safe for solo travellers and families… but it also has some amazing restaurants and bars that are all walking distance. On a rainy day Sadelle’s for breakfast and Koko’s for dinner is only a 6 min walk:). Can’t wait to return, thanks Cory!

I really liked this place. Check in was very easy. Don't hesitate to book it.
