Hardwood floors, fenced-in back yard with deck and grill, small full kitchen. Dining table seats 6. Nice SmartTV with Netflix and access to internet apps and Samsung FreeTv. No smoking, please. One bathroom on ground floor.

We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
