Outside, a lovely coffee table in order to read or eat outdoors in the courtyard surrounded by trees and hedges. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

A circa 1 km sono presenti i principali servizi (2 supermercati, farmacia, banche, ufficio postale). L’abitazione è facilmente raggiungibile in auto dallo svincolo di Madonna Alta del raccordo autostradale Perugia – Bettolle che dista circa 5 km.
