Beautiful, cozy accommodation, a quiet and fantastic neighborhood. The Escuela Militar subway station is less than 400 meters away, and if you need it, there is a laundry on the corner, a market, a restaurant... Simply the best choice! The first time we went and loved it! Léo, on the other hand... A guy always ready to answer us, answered questions, kind and great host! Indico and I'll be back for sure! Congratulations Léo!

Mariana is an excellent host. The most beautiful place in Santiago. The apartment is very nice and tidy. It was perfect. The stay was excellent except for the issue of entering the building, all QR and 3 passes to pass, the app was blocked, very uncomfortable and the reception was not very friendly.

Rodrigo is an excellent host! From the day we booked, he was always very helpful and answered all our questions. He gave tips on restaurants and places to visit in Santiago. Very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment, with what you need for a stay. The bed is very comfortable, the shower has hot water and good pressure. The building's concierge is very friendly, as well as the hosts! Very attentive, good communication and flexible with schedules. Central location with easy access to the subway in about 10 minutes, with a beautiful view! Especially at sunrise. I would definitely come back for a future stay.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Our family had a very pleasant experience with the hosts (Jayme and Rosa). They were waiting for us at the house and showed us everything. The house was clean, and the large yard was well kept, with fruit trees (apricot, plum, among others). The most important point was the hospitality. We did not have a car for the first few days, and Mr. Jaime went to the supermarket with us. The next day we had to go to the airport, and again he took us there generously. We have a lot to thank this couple of friends.

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!
