Located in one of the best residential areas in Córdoba. Bus stop 100 meters from the house. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants 500 meters away. 3 km from downtown Córdoba. Ground floor annex, of a 2-story single-family house, with totally independent entrances between them. Large living room with large window with exit to the garden, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them with a whirlpool bathtub, it has three quite spacious bedrooms and one of them with a dressing room.

Our home is a in quite and safe neighborhood, just five minutes from city. You can take a rest in our basement or lie in the sun in our private pool (only for my guests and my family). You can park your car in front of our house without problems and when you want go down the historic center is only ten/twelve minuts by car. I will explain where you park in old city. We shared our home with you. Our home have seventeen photovoltaic panels toghether with aerothermal energy.
