I recently stayed at this beautiful retreat and was thoroughly impressed. The entire property was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The horses were gentle and a joy to be around, they even come close to house. was really nice to pet them. The spa and pool area was a true highlight: serene, clean, and incredibly rejuvenating. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or a bit of adventure, this place offers the perfect balance. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return. Thank you for having us!

Had a most lovely time in the cabin. There are a few cabins in the location, all with enough space and spacing to let you feel like you are away from it all. The hot tub was lovely, being able to be accessed directly out the front of the cabin. There was plenty of glassware and other things so that if you wanted to you could use it. We brought our own, but you wouldn't need to. It's a great location, close to the beach and a short 10 to 15 minute drive to other nearby locations with lots of restaurant and food options.

We had a very lovely time in this beautiful spot, we will certainly be back for another stay hopefully in the same cottage we got this time around, for next time. Absolutely stunning even on a rainy day/evening. Amazing hosts. Super helpful and fast responding. Thank you Ines and Antony.

This is my second time staying at this cottage and it felt like home again. Cecilia is warm and friendly and takes great pride in being a host. Everything is as described and the cottage has what you need for a short or long stay. It’s a great location in Stockton, with all amenities accessible on foot. This is one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

We only had a short overnight stay driving from Gippsland to the Sunshine Coast. It was a great place to relax and get a good nights sleep. Peter was very helpful and friendly and made our dog Poppy feel very welcome. The house was on a busy street but Peter has set up the house and surrounding gardens perfectly to provide a quiet place to relax and stay. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to cook up the bacon and eggs which were provided but it looked delicious.

My partner and I stayed in Cadair Cottage 1 and we really really enjoyed our short time here. We were only here for a couple of nights but would have loved to extend our trip. There is so much to like about this place. Firstly, the surroundings are just absolutely beautiful - you are in nature and if you’re coming from a city landscape you’ll switch off so quickly. The cottage itself was spotless and had such a homely feel. All of the amenities you’d need with a fireplace, stove top, wifi, tv with foxtel and streaming - beautiful bedrooms and comfortable linen. The hot tub is also so nice to relax in and watch the sun come down. The yard (which is fully fenced) offers an expansive play area for your furry friends and our girl Peppa absolutely loved her time here too. She had so much fun. You are visited by neighbouring sheep and cows and it’s truly magical to watch them graze and trail by. Thank you, Simone - we can’t wait to return to this beautiful property again.

What an amazing experience we had with our little ones, from waking up to feeding the horses, playing on the swing set to walking around the property. Eloise was so helpful and communicated all information that we needed. Its a perfect secluded home for getting away with the family.

We had such a great weekend, check in was very flexible and easy. Antony was great to deal with and very responsive. Will definitely visit again :)

Sue was very proactive and very helpful, the place was so big and spacious. We had a wonderful time to relax with our two little pups and were close to all amenities. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we had all a great break!

We had a lovely stay at Sheree’s place in Tea Gardens. Beautiful and peaceful location yet in walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Berry House. Glenn was a top host, very friendly and charming. He was on top of all communications and always had the right answer. The house was great. The indoor fire was v enjoyable and everything we needed was there. Generous supply of coffee pods, firewood kept us v comfortable. The sauna was much enjoyed though the pool was too cold.. I’m sure it would be a treat in summer. The dogs, Willow and Esther, were one of the highlights for our two boys. They had a great time. The highlight for the adults was the huge outdoor fire pit. Very special for a pre and post dinner chat.

Fabulous eclectic beach style house. Great size, and easily accommodates number of guests specified. Relaxing, peaceful courtyard area. Exceptionally clean throughout. It’s an easy 20 minute walking distance to Fingal Bay or Shoal Bay beaches either direction, with Box Beach close by too. Nelson Bay is 5 minute drive for Woollies. We really enjoyed our long weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time. Will definitely book again

This is the second time we have stayed here with our dog and we love the location. Easy walking distance to Bar Beach, Merewether and Newcastle. While the downstairs area is quite small, bedrooms are a decent size. Place was very tidy and we really enjoyed our holiday here.

We loved staying at the Riverhaus and cannot wait till the next time we return. Sheriden and Tom thank you so much for this airbnb! The layout, presentation, communication could not be faulted. We would highly recommend staying here.

What a surprise find. Did not expect how good this site was. Fantastic location, extremely clean and very well maintained and well presented. More than adequate facilities, right on the waterfront. We had such a great time that we will certainly be coming back soon. The host Dale was incredibly accommodating, provided excellent service and was more than helpful. And our little pooch loved the secure and safe yard. This was better than expected.

Thank you Sarah for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. We absolutely loved our stay & never needed to leave during our 3-nights stay. Your cottage is clean, well-kept with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to make all our meals in a very clean oven (for those coming from Sydney way, we stocked up at Woolies in Meadowie which is only 30mins away from Sarah's cottage). We packed our coffee machine so started our days with coffee on the wrap-around balcony and were in the stunning pool swimming from 9am onwards. The pool & outdoor area is where we spent the majority of our time! Thank you for being such a great host, always responsive & extremely helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

I found our stay extremely relaxing a step back in time may not suit another looking for modern convenience. I am use to using dam water. Some items need maintenance Electric blanket not working one side of bed. Some light bulbs need replacing. There was mould on cooking utensils and a strong ammonia smell when opening cupboard doors. I am only mentioning to alert you to these issues. I washed items I needed.

The place was nice and tidy, good location, Helen was very responsive and there were some nice recommendations available in the welcome booklet. The back yard is quite nice, it's a shame it was cold and rainy so we barely got to enjoy it but would be a great spot to relax with some nice weather. You can generally tell how well cleaned a place is by looking under the beds, thankfully it was clean when we arrived. Thanks Helen we enjoyed our stay!

Possibly my favourite AirBnB yet? Walking distance to Shoal Bay’s waterfront, this beautifully executed beach pad was perfect for our family of four. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. It was the perfect canvas for a long weekend away. Can’t wait to return!

very nice home modern and had every thing you need, it is a shame that we could not park in the carport, the shower could have been a bit cleaner also the oven, but over all every thing else was very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s cottage. It was quiet, comfy and homely. Her artworks and gardens are beautiful and it feels like an artists retreat. We enjoyed the fireplace and reading in the sun on the back veranda. The deep bath looks out over the trees. The bed was comfy! We had dinner at a winery (30mins) and breaky at Arthur’s in Cessnock (20mins). We loved the towns quiet country vibes. So peaceful. If you want to be walking distance to sheep instead of shops this is your place. We stayed on a very cold weekend so we were grateful for the air con in the bedroom. If using the second room in winter maybe pack a heater and hot water bottles. We are keen to go back another time when it’s not as cold.
