The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! My motto is “Treat company like family, and family like company.” You will feel very comfortable and relaxed staying in this condo that has a homey feel to it. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, seasonings, oil, butter, bottled water, Keurig coffee maker and k-cups to start you off. Security cameras on premises and parking on the avenue or in the private large driveway in the back. Plenty of room for a boat.
