Mohamed was super friendly, helpful and fast responding. He provided fresh bed linen and all the basics to settle in comfortably. This property is a quick taxi ride from the Corniche and is very centrally located to get to anywhere in Abu Dhabi affordably. I had a great stay here.

مضيف متعاون كان لدي ملاحظات بخصوص بعض النمل في المطبخ و انقطاع النت و نسيت بعض الاغراض في الشقه بعد تسجيل الخروج وقمت باستراجاعها فعلا الكنب به بعض البقع وليس لديهم خاصيه التنظيف ولكنه متعاون جدا و يرد بسرعه وتسجيل الخروج كان الساعه ١١ و طلبت التمديد ١٢ و استجاب بالفعل

I stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor and was absolutely impressed by the breathtaking view of the bay — it’s even better in person than in the photos. The area is very quiet and cozy, making it ideal for relaxation. Despite the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is just a short walk away — shops, cafes, and public transport are all easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

Great studio apartment and location just off the city centre, great for people who want to be able to get around easily and have quick access to restaurants and malls. Reem beach walk is also a 5 minute walk away and is a nice place to relax that is a little less busy than city locations. Amenities in the tower are also good with a gym and pool that has a great view. Apartment was very clean and spacious for a studio and the host was great - would recommend.

We had a great stay at the apartment and hosts were super helpful with instructions. Two large beds, and one big sofa bed was ideal space for a family of five. Check in was easy and security staff were great assisting with the underground car parking space. Location great - close to all parks, entertainment and Mall within minutes. Airport was 15 mins away. Swimming pool maintenance meant swimming pool was shut, however we had access to the swimming pool in the adjacent block - great views over the golf course and bay.

This ABNB was fantastic. Place was super clean, spacious and had all the necessities. Location is even better, situated around shops, public transport, access to taxi. Amenities were also great. Host is very responsive and clear with communication. Very easy and smooth.

Schönes Airbnb, tolle Anlage mit Pool. Drum herum ist nicht viel also man muss immer mit dem Taxi fahren, dennoch war ein Supermarkt vor Ort und es war sehr ruhig. Vieles war noch in der Umgebung in der Bauphase also werden die nächsten Monate sicher noch mehr Geschäfte und Cafés dort eröffnen

De accommodatie was perfect gelegen in centrum met bus voor de deur, restaurants en shopping in nabije omgeving. Groot appartement met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

في البداية كل الشكر والتقدير وللعرفان لأخي العزيز حسن على ضيافته لنا واستقباله الحافل لنا لقد شعرت أنني في بيتي وبين اهلي وناسي.. لم يتوانا حسن في تقديم يد العون في كل ما نحتاجه وكان متواصل معي لمعرفة إذا فيه اي شي ناقصني أو احتاج لأي مساعدة وكذلك قام باستضافته لنا في بيته لتناول القهوة وبصراحة الجلسة معه ما تنمل مرح وودود ولطيف ومحترم سعدت بالتعرف عليه وتشرفت بمقابلته واكيد لي عودة مرة أخرى للسكن في هالمكان

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

Outstanding unit with outstanding surroundings and peaceful accommodation. So professional host.

A stunning place to stay. Very comfortable bed and spacious for a couple. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely book again! The host was very organised and responsive to any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!
