Great place. Close to everything. Neighborhood right in the center where I did almost everything on foot. Very cozy apartment, where I felt at home. In addition to being impeccably clean, everything was very fragrant and full of treats that made all the difference. TVs with cable channels that complemented the entertainment in the AP, in addition to a very fast and stable internet. The owners are to be congratulated. Thank you!!!!

The Studio is compact, but it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has essential utensils for the basics: making breakfast, a practical lunch... The TV is good and functional. The bed seems to be a little smaller than the conventional double bed, but it is very comfortable, which is not common in the other accommodations I have stayed in. It can comfortably sleep a couple (I'm pregnant and my husband is tall - 1.87m). The bathroom is normal, spacious shower, the only thing it doesn't have is a hand shower. The balcony has a very nice view! The building is very well located, we had no access problems with the virtual concierge. The check in and checkout was very quiet. Luiza is an excellent host. Super helpful, responds almost instantly and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.
