Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay within a short walk (700 metres) to the beautiful Coronet Bay beach. Coronet Bay is one of Victoria’s best kept secrets. It is a sleepy seaside town approx. 90 drive from Melbourne. It has an amazing family friendly swimming beach, great fishing and a short drive to Philip Island, San Remo and Kilcunda. The house has broadband internet, Netflix and a selection of board games for kids and adults.
