Waterfront holiday rentals in Corozal District

We cannot say enough about Margo's place. The pictures do not do it justice; the casita is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The kitchen is small but has everything that you need and then some. We enjoyed the veranda for eating, reading and watching birds and the pool is great to float or swim laps if you choose. Sunset from the pier is amazing! We had a great sunset every night. Swimming in the ocean is best from the end of the pier, the bottom is soft near shore and the water was very comfortable. It was our first time to Sarteneja and we will definitely come back again, it is a sleepy little fishing village with friendly locals. If you are looking for a place to relax that is unspoiled by tourism this is it. The only thing we would change is that we would have stayed longer! Margo is an incredible host, we felt right at home. One piece of advice--follow Margo's directions even if it seems that you are going out of your way and Google maps tells you to take a different route.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Exactly what is shown on pictures as what you get! The kitchen came with all items you need to cook and make food if needed. Location was close to everything and it felt very safe. Javier was super helpful and nice and super trustworthy. We will definitely stay again.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Jose is awesome - this spot was so close to plenty of things, very accessible if you booked a fishing trip or got groceries delivered. Loved Nala and Mia (the guard dogs!), and other guests were very pleasant. Jose has tons of recommendations, and golf carts to rent if you need them. Would visit again - San Pedro is awesome!

Once again we loved our stay at Sapphire. a previous review said that the shower was not hot, we had no problems with this. The resort was very quiet this time and the restaurant and tiki bar were often closed. It was nice to have a washing machine and drier which we used a couple of times. didn't have to bring so many clothes with us.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool. The condo is further north and we appreciated the peace and quiet away from the bustle of San Pedro. Our concierge offered lots of great recommendations and activities for our family. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time at Emily and Ryan’s place. South of San Pedro town about 10 minutes. Great location for some peace and quiet at the end of the day but also about as far South as you want to go on the island. Very safe. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings for sunsets. Emily’s recommendation for Someplace South Cafe was spot on. Hula bar is nearby and Island Wonder bar is just a few minutes away. If you are looking for an amazing dinner, Hidden Treasures is a few minutes away but it will cost you. If you are looking for grocery nearby, go to Home Tan. You will find everything you need or want. Zeke the on-sight host was very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out. Best of all was Emily’s recommendation for Capt Jody! We used him 2 days and we had an amazing time with him snorkeling, fishing, beach Bbq and Caye Caulker.

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

Wow, what can we say? This was a 5 star spot for us: quiet, secluded, and in a prime fishing spot! We love the trek up north to get away from it all and didn’t mind the 20 min golf cart rides from the Let It Go to get to the Chat And Chill, In D Wild, or Sapphire for meals if we didn’t want to cook. We brought groceries with us from town and bbq’d often as well. If you love quiet and beautiful, this is the spot! The kayaks are a sweet treat! It’s clear the owners of this property have poured lots of consideration and effort in brining their dream fishing retreat to life. Serjio is an incredible host who cares so much about his role and guests. He met us on site, showed us around and even came back to check on us brining local cuisine (INCREDIBLE) to sample. Super responsive and helpful guy.

Michael and Shelley were amazing hosts. We have stayed at many BnB's but both Mike and Shelley and the property surpassed our expectations. We were provided with enough provisions when we arrived that we didn't have to immediately run out to shop. We have never seen this done before to this extent. The pool house is very special and we felt so at home. It is an oasis. They provided us with excellent information on restaurants and places to see. I would also have to mention that they have amazing, friendly staff who we enjoyed meeting as well. Edgar is a great guy and we enjoyed our talks with him. We feel they treated us like family and we now consider them to be as well. We will miss them and the property so much and would definitely stay there again but only for a longer stretch of time. Truly a wonderful experience with the best hosts ever... thank you!!!!

Great Airbnb. The place was nice and clean with everything we needed. It is part of a resort-like compound with convenient restaurants and a store a minute walk away.

The condo was lovely, and resort too! From checkin to checkout everything went smoothly and any time we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. Would stay here again!

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

Great host, great stay! Mark was very helpful early one morning when I needed to find a place to move my family to because our flights home got messed up and we had stayed over in Belize, but we couldn’t remain in our original rental. He was very responsive. The apartment is lovely and pristine with plenty of space. Sunset Caribe is a fairly new addition to the Caribe condo community, which has two good restaurants, a small market, and a clinic. There are two very long pools and a big hot tub overlooking the bay. The pools were not crowded, the neighbors we met there were very friendly, and the poolside bar made excellent frozen cocktails. The neighborhood is great because there are several restaurants that are easy to walk to - no need to rent a golf cart unless you want to venture further. The staff was very professional and helpful. Construction continues on a new building but it was not disruptive. Would love to return someday.

Christine helped me navigate a place we had never been.She arranged day excursions, recommended and even called restaurants, reserved golf carts and transportation to/from the airport. Her instructions were clear, well written and sent a week before our departure. James and Jason were the on site people and they were so friendly, always asking if we needed anything or if they could help with anything. I will highly recommend these condos!

I would highly recommend you stay here not only because it is in a great location and offers you the option of a private pool, but our hostess was amazing! She responded to all questions immediately. For example, the coffee pot quit working and by that afternoon a new one had been dropped off. We were also shocked and delighted that the housekeeper came in mid week to refresh our towels and she even made our beds. I will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! It’s away from the noisiness of the city on a very great location. The owner was really kind and helped us anything we needed. Great place, I highly recommend!
