Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Claire's House

In the heart of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, La Maison de Claire welcomes you in a decor that is both traditional and modern. Located 20 mins from Beaune, the village offers the opportunity to visit many wine estates, and discover the historical and gastronomic heritage of the Cote d 'Or. Claire's House is located at the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, a world-renowned wine producing village located in a cluster of villages that constitute the Côte de Beaune.

Independent apartment

The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 2 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Côté Coteau: cozy apartment with vineyard view, terrace

Cosy and warm air-conditioned apartment in the heart of the Meursault vineyards. Magnificent view, private terrace, beautiful bathroom with separate toilet, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...) private parking 2 cars free. Iron and ironing board, washing machine in the apartment. Ideal for 2 people. Cleaning and disinfection according to strict protocol against covid 19.

At the foot of the vines

28m2 apartment in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines . A swimming pool is being built the exteriors are not finished but you can swim July, August with views of the vines , access is through the garage door next to the apartment . Walks ,barbecue , drinks , find calm and tranquility. A 🔑 lockbox available for your autonomy. I hope you have a great stay . Sandra.

The Blue House

Located in Corpeau, in the heart of the Burgundian vineyard and 10 minutes from Beaune, our cottage is a charming 40 m² fully equipped two-room, consisting of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The cottage is located on the ground floor of our house and is therefore entirely on one level. It has a separate entrance, with access to the garden and pool (open from June 1 to September 30).

The Mews – a charming, one bedroom apartment

Set back from the road and beautifully converted from an old barn, the Mews has exposed beams, re-pointed stone walls and stone floors. From the enclosed courtyard looking out onto the square, the glass front door leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. A circular staircase leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with separate bathroom comprising walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.

2 rooms - Living room & parental suite -Very quiet

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

À deux pas de Beaune, Meursault et Chagny et de ses marchés, ses grands restaurants ! Au bout de la rue Julien Vallerand saura aussi vous accueillir au caveau de Puligny pour faire découvrir des merveilles !
