"The Little blue cottage". Our Guest House located in a very central area close to shopping, restaurants, Texas A&M Campus, NAS CC, and a mile away from Ocean drive. Private entrance, just renovated, new stainless steel appliances, full kitchen outfitted with all you’ll need, and furniture, Queen size bed, TV, WiFi, A/C and more! In the studio, you will find info about the city, the best restaurants to visit, tourist attractions, etc. Complimentary water, snacks, coffee and tea. Veteran owned!
What guests are saying:“This is a darling little one room cottage located behind host’s house in secure neighborhood. It is clean and comfortable with a queen bed, loveseat, and writing desk. The little kitchen is outfitted with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans if you want to cook. Bathroom has great shower with bath soap, shampoo and conditioner if you forget to bring your own! Cute home-like decorations. Very cool, ceiling fan. Nick met us, at our convenience, with key and a brief tour. Excellent hosts. Would highly recommend The Little Blue Cottage. Perfect for a few days at the beach with my daughter!”

Quiet location in an established area in Corpus Christi. 2 blocks from local parks, beach access and local fishing. 25 mins from Port Aransas with beach access & Mustang Island. 10 mins from The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, & Texas A & M Corpus Christi.

Melissa's responsiveness to messages was super quick - within a minute often times! While we were staying, she asked multiple times if we needed anything else to make our stay better. The outdoor space was gorgeous and the indoor space was well-decorated. We took our two dogs, and they were content in the guest house. Don't expect the Ritz for this price - but this place is an absolute bargain for a beach stay. We would (and are) staying again.
