65 m2 house, located on a hill with a beautiful ocean view. The house is fully equipped. It has electric heaters in the bedrooms and another in the living room. The double bed has an electric blanket. Using the hot tub is optional and costs an extra $30,000 per night. To have hot water, the host must be notified 24 hours in advance. While the hot tub is on, the water is kept at 39 degrees Celsius throughout the period it is on.
