Beautiful resting house very comfortable and cozy. Own pool with solar panels that heat up according to the weather , garden, grill and terrace. wifi internet and smart TV. private fractionation with security 24 hours a day. It also has green areas and Club House in which you can perform sports activities (garden, pool, squash, basketball, gym, among others). The location is excellent, 10 min from the Magic Town of Tlayacapan 10 min and Tepoztlán 30 min approximately.

The house is super well, the pool is amazing and had a set light; the rooms and the house in general was super good! The house is super cared for. And a plus is that the house is in the corner then less neighbors and more privacy. The only thing I could say is that there are several cameras in the house. We understand that for security there must be cameras outside the house but there was one giving to the pool and another inside the house giving to the living room, we did not love that because if it was seen that they were on but we were never told something bad even with those cameras. Other than that; a great place I would highly recommend! Apart from that it has a mosquito net all the windows and entrances that help that no mosquitoes enter the house. Excellent place I will definitely be back in the future!

A cozy place and a couple of blocks from downtown, but without the bustle of staying in the central streets. The place is very picturesque and very quiet. The view from the roof is very beautiful, especially at night.

Alberto was always pending and in communication with us since it was contracted until the moment of our departure, always with clear and precise indications. The house is comfortable and as shown in the listing, the pool with a temperature always rich to be able to enjoy it and we found the privacy of the patio excellent since the houses on the sides do not reach to see when one is in the pool colliding. It was easy to get to the house and the fractionation is big, cute and safe.
