Built on a hillside, on the heights of Palombaggia, the villa offers a unspoilable view on the splendid bay. All rooms in the villa are fully fitted, and open out onto immense terraces with the ocean as far as the eye can see. The heated private swimming pool with an overflow feature is happiness defined. The villa with the pure lines, contemporary and refined decoration, is made up of a livable space of 350 m² and of an external living space of 300m² on a terrace. The villa understands a living room of 70 m², 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with contiguous bathroom, and a garden level which can be completely independent: living room, kitchen, 1 parents room and a dormitory room which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 bathrooms. The external space is distributed between the terraces of the living room, the kitchen, the rooms and the safe beach, with the splendid swimming pool with overflow (10x4m). This villa will enable you to spend unforgettable holiday in family or between friends. The whole villa will be yours as well as its infinite pool 24/7 person here to welcome and assist you with anything you might need.
