Elle se situe au cœur du village avec vue sur la mer , sur les îles et sur le port de Bastia.C’est un endroit calme, tout confort (clim, chauffage, mini frigo, wifi, télé, parking privé...). Les commerces et la plage sont aussi accessibles à pied par le village (5 minutes à pied), la ville de Bastia et le port se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture .
