1 bedroom apartment, almost new, very comfortable and good option to spend a few nights in Bavaro. I would definitely come back.

Rosemary could not have been a more responsive host! She accommodated all our needs. Her place was wonderful and if we had a problem she was extremely quick to fix it. Very peaceful and quiet. Extremely safe, beach bar was AMAZING. Will come back!

I was on vacation and found myself needing a different Air BNB very quickly and Julie was unbelievable! She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to get me in on the same day. The unit was very nice, had a beautiful view, and steps from the beach. I can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing time in Punta Cana. We felt right at home thanks to the hosts Claudia and Rufina. They are both very easy to communicate with. There’s some construction near by but it never got in our way. We walked to the nearby restaurants and beaches almost every day. Also if you don’t feel like walking, Uber is super cheap in Punta Cana. I basically paid less than nothing to travel around, no car needed. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

Rajesh was a friendly, responsive, always attentive for my requests. He recommended some places that were good. He also set me up a trip to Isla Saona which I truly recommend to visit. It is amazing. Rajesh place was clean, with amenities provided. Every thing was great. Thanks Rajesh for all your help and for let me have a late checkout. I will definitely come back again to your place.

A wonderful place, surrounded by nature, all quiet, ideal to disconnect, we were super delighted, and it is a place that we will surely return to because it is really worth it. Spacious and clean rooms. In general, the villa has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. private beach with very good areas to walk and spend the day. Excellent.

Staff here are amazing & very friendly people. I’ve stayed here before and the staff remembered me when I came back. From the restaurants to the beach, down to the houses & staff this is a place you would want to go to.

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Friendly and responsive host Julie, always available and ready to help with any issues. The apartment is bright and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a green and quiet guarded area. Next to the sea through a private key fob passage. There are many stores and cafés nearby. Free guarded parking. Everything is perfect for a peaceful vacation. The apartment matches the description and photos. We recommend!!!

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

Beautiful condo! The property had beautiful landscaping and very clean with security always at the gate. Felt very safe. People who live on the property are super kind. Gissel was Great! She answered any questions we had very quickly and she was very helpful with giving information about the area. She is the sweetest woman. This was my third trip to Punta Cana and my first not on a resort. This was by far my favorite trip and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great stay at Tanja's place. The unit was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property in general was excellent and close to many amenities. Tanja is an excellent host and very responsive. We will look to book this property again. 5 stars.
