Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cortez

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We loved Amy’s place . Walkable to so many fun things , including the boat ramp if you do any excursions. We rented a golf cart and it was awesome and a short ride to Bean Point. The place is equipped with everything you need and more - the beach Chairs and umbrella really were nice to have. We loved the spa pool and it was so nice to dip in that after a long day at the beach. We loved AMI and hope to come back again. If your looking for a great place to- you have found it .

House was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was great, and the house has lots of amenities that came in handy

We stayed in the house with a toddler and loved that the pool was behind closed doors so we could still enjoy the backyard without worrying about our toddler. The house was perfect and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be booking again!

The house is located in a great location! The beach is not a far drive and there is plenty to do in the area! The house is also beautiful and the backyard with the pool and hot tub are amazing !

Loved staying here! Great location, home was awesome and my kids LOVED the pool and jacuzzi (I did too!). I loved being close to Anna Maria Island. Beaches were beautiful. Plenty to do. The host was quick to respond when needing to communicate via message for anything. Will definitely be staying again!

From the moment you walk in the door you know you are about to have an amazing week! Beautiful everywhere you look inside and out! From enjoying sitting on the dock watching the wildlife, to relaxing in the spa everything was perfect! Short drive to white sand beaches and everything there is to love about beach towns and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle making it almost impossible to not relax! Mara was by far the best host we have ever had! From prompt responses to all of our tourist questions, to giving specific locations to see manatees! She went above and beyond and made our trip one we will never forget! We’ve already been in contact to book another week! This is truly a an incredible place to stay! You will not be disappointed!!

We loved Jacob’s place! The house was so spacious and in a perfect location! We were less than 10 mins to the beach. My boys loved the hot tub and took advantage of it daily. Everything was clean. And all the things I had forgot to pack for the beach, they had available! The beds were super comfortable. The host was quick to respond and went out of his way to help us! I have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and this one was my all time favorite! Lots of good places to eat close by also. Easy check in and check out.

House was great. Team stayed for a two month project and enjoyed the house. Host was also very helpful and responsive.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

We went to the Airbnb for two birthdays and Father’s Day for our family of 10. Very spacious, beautiful living and outdoor area. Appreciated having all the little extras like paper goods, spices toiletries, etc. the pool area had all of the toys for the kids and they were so many beaches within minutes. Host was very responsive and timely. Only negative was 4th bedroom (bath) was not air conditioned. Kids just showered in the master, which was the size of three bathrooms.! Would definitely recommend this home and will be back again. PS kids loved the Zip Line!

Anna was a wonderful host. Her home is even more beautiful than in the photos. Lush backyard, screened porch, peaceful community, spacious rooms and new appliances. We had a great vacation and would love to return. We made use of the beach gear she offered at Siesta Beach!
