Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend, would stay again.

I regularly come to Coshocton to do genealogy research and Amy's place is my go-to stay. It is in the perfect location, with a number of restaurants and the Coshocton library all within easy walking distance. The studio apartment is always clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is a smaller version refrigerator with nice-sized freezer and refrigerator sections. I love that I am staying in a piece of history while researching my family history.

Beautiful place, great location and close to everything. Appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer.

Second time we've stayed here and was just as nice as the first. We really like historic buildings and this definitely fits the bill. The location is awesome, right in the middle of Roscoe Village with two restaurants just across the street (the Warehouse is awesome!). The decor fits the historic vibe of the building and the bed is very comfy. Check in was very easy and there is parking right behind the building. Roscoe Village is also pretty much in the center of the area winery tour and there is a really good disc golf course just a couple of miles away. All in all, we really like Stella's Place and will be back again.

A great place to relax in. Be mindful, for large bodies the shower space can be a challenge. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious, clean, and quiet. There was parking right in front of the building and the village was walkable. The tv and remote lost pairing and I contacted Maxx and within 15 minutes he was there to resolve the problem. He responded quickly to any questions I had. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the area. We would definitely rent this place again.

Very nice country setting with waterfront pond view. Very clean and comfortable cabin like unit. Great experience overall. Only negatives would be that only one tiny circlet of soap is provided, when 2 would be more adequate — for bathroom hand washing, and showering. Also the guest on the upper floor was banging things around, and dropping things on the floor around 7 AM, which is ridiculous. With that said, it is not the fault of the establishment’s ownership, as that is out of their control, unfortunately. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in our cottage. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was. Very nice!!! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our plans.

The air bnb was pristine, clean peaceful and private. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too! we will definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our one night.Stay in this cabin! Everything was perfect! very close proximity, to lots of shopping and dining. Jeff was very responsive with any question we had! the only negative was that the pool, sauna jacuzzi was in a fitness center 1.3 miles away, we had to leave the facility to get to, it was crowded with the screaming childre , and the sauna was out of order. by looking at the photos, it seemed that the pool was on site and communal. there was also no charcoal for the grill( not a huge deal.) all in all, I give this place 5 stars. It was a great weekend getaway, and we will be returning!

It was great! The only thing is we wasn’t real sure where the pool was. Other than that I highly recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The location was perfect, and the access to the hot tub was a nice, relaxing extra! Dean was very quick to respond to anything I sent! Great host!!!!

It was absolutely beautiful it was clean it was peaceful the resort pool and fitness center were definitely a plus but having a cup of coffee in the morning on the private balcony was one of my favorite parts of being there and listening to the frogs at night is wild but really just enjoying the scenery it was a really nice get away from the city definitely thinking about staying again .
