Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

The stay at the accommodation was perfect thanks to Diana, who was attentive before arriving, sharing the necessary information for the arrival and stay. The house has everything you need to stay for a weekend or longer periods. Very well located a few minutes walk from the center of Llanes in a quiet area with very good views. They left a gift for our puppy. Thank you very much!!

Ivan's accommodation is very nice, it has all the necessary services for a great stay. Communication with him was very easy.

Beautiful place, close to the water and the cliffs. Small, cozy duplex apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Many excursion destinations in the area/within walking distance. Carlos gave us a lot of good tips. Gracies!

Benigno immediately made us feel right at home. He was attentive and gave us advice about the area. The communication went smoothly and Benigno always came to our aid when we had questions. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed in Llanes for a few days after touring Asturias and Aurea’s apartment was perfect. Very helpful instructions by phone message the day before arrival. Clean, tidy apartment that is larger than the photos appear. And good amenities- towels, t-towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Good wifi. Short walk to beaches, town centre, restaurants, shops etc. We were here in June so can’t comment on what would be like in peak heat of summer. Parking space very helpful; even in June you could tell parking in Llanes would be a challenge. Only negative is fairly poor soundproofing from other apartments in the block, but that was never an issue at nighttime re sleeping. Definitely recommended Aurea’s place for a couple’s break in Llanes.

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the house, in which everything was really present. In the evening we sat for hours, looking at the sea that never bored us. From the house, you can walk along and over the beach for miles. There are few supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so you have to go to Foz. The only downside of the cottage may be that there are 3 air purifiers that turn on dozens of times a day and night and turn off again after about 10 minutes. We were able to close ourselves off from it, but I can imagine that there are people who will be disturbed by it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a superb sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

Figueras is a town that has preserved all the charm of traditional architecture, with very well restored houses such as Cristina and Victor's. In addition to being a very nice village, the house is impeccable, practically brand new, and surrounded by spectacular coastal and countryside landscapes. It is worth staying there. In addition, Cristina and Victor are very friendly and always available.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. The communication was very easy and fluid, Isabel was very kind and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. It is perfectly parked in the area and has plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

An Asturian Paradise: An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Maria Dolores' house was simply perfect. We traveled as two adults, three children and a dog, and found an extremely comfortable and clean house in an idyllic setting. The location is a true paradise: a beautiful bay with an impressive church in the center and the spectacular Playa del Barro a stone's throw away. It is a quiet and relaxing place, ideal for both disconnecting and working if you need to. María Dolores, thank you so much for everything! We'll be back without hesitation.
