Great communication with the host: Andrea was available at all times and gave useful tips and helped immediately. The bed was a little too saggy for our taste. On the quiet grounds, however, you have found a good place to rest. In particular, on the terrace overlooking the monastery and with the scent of jasmine, you could relax well. Bakers, restaurants and tabacchi were just outside the door.

Very well appointed and equipped accommodation. Most welcoming hosts. Having a parking space is very valuable (Small car). The small beach below makes it very easy to swim (Not accessible to people with mobility problems because of the many steps). Depending on your sensitivity, the concern could be the noise of the road, which is very busy (As the accommodation is very well soundproofed and has air conditioning, the noise does not interfere with sleep). On the other hand, having the road nearby makes it very easy to walk to the stops for buses 600 (Nice-Menton) and 83 (Village d'Eze).

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! We spent ten wonderful days in Bordighera, in a well-kept and quiet apartment, where the hospitality of Denisia and Giuseppe really made a difference: kind, present and caring, they made us feel at home from the first moment. With the Vespa, we explored charming villages such as Dolceacqua, Apricale and Perinaldo, and we enjoyed wonderful walks overlooking the sea between Ospedaletti, Menton and Monte-Carlo. Regenerating dives, breathtaking views and a feeling of absolute freedom. Denisia and Giuseppe, we want to return the favor! We look forward to seeing you on Lake Garda! Thank you so much.

Beautiful, comfortable and private appartment, located very close to the center but away from crowds and noises. A little difficult to find in the beginning. Would definitely stay again!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Ted was fantastic from the start- we had a great check in experience and we were taken care of the entire trip.

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

The accommodation is in a great location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond to them in a minute and always put us in the best possible comfort! Thank you! David has always been available! Small note for safety, we had children and we must be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the rooms are not all together, there are 2 rooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So the house must be left open at night so that people can go to the toilet. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice fire in the evening. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend! The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

Dorina's place was a perfect stay for our family while we visited Monaco. It looked exactly like the pictures posted, and was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and outdoor areas, and the VIEW! Careful with delivery services and Uber, as the address listed does not come to the gate, only the end of the driveway (we learned that the hard way, but thankfully had a great Uber driver). Dorina was responsive and helpful at all times, even came to fix a few things that weren't working quite right after we arrived.

Listing as described. Peaceful environment, we had a pleasant relaxing holiday. We were very well received, the instructions to get to the accommodation were very clear. We did not lack anything, all the necessities are provided to start the stay. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. Great communication!!! Thanks!

Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. The view was amazing and the photos don't do justice on how nice the space is. The property is on the mountainside, but it is very modern and extremely functional. Only a short drive from Nice, and within an hour from Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Ez, Bellet(Wine country) and Antibes for a day trip.

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Dreamy villa set against a stunning Italian backdrop. Perfect escape. The villa has an infinity pool nestled into the most glorious hillside with picture postcard views of the Italian Riviera with distant Ventimiglia yachts in view. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids, teens and even Nonna had a dip on a balmy summers day. The kitchen is next to a dining area and outdoor dining area too which was great for days we had a BBQ. The Villa is steeped in history, a beautiful piano and records to play. Books and card games to play. The rooms are set over two floors. The top room had incredible views over the cypress trees and the ocean. Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous villa. Leonardo was close by if we needed him too.

Stunning place! Way up high in the hills, so quiet and peaceful. The view is incredible, you could stare at it all day. The place inside is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Very well-equipped for cooking and entertaining too. There are so many cute corners to sit, chat, snack, drink, it’s awesome. Also a nice gym with a variety of equipment, even a boxing bag! Of course, to be this peaceful and quiet you have to drive or uber way up in the hills. It’s only about ten minutes from town but not an easy walk. Overall loved the place and would definitely recommend!

The house is super spacious with plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. Everything is in order and the house is fully equipped with everything you will need. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday in the future with our family and/or friends.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.
