The house consists of 3 double rooms with bathroom on the ground floor and on the attic a large room of 6 seats,with bathroom and terrace. The yard has gazebo, barbecue place, sanitary group (two wcs and a shower)and parking spaces. Tourists have at their disposal wifi internet,cable tv and non-stop hot water. I'm issuing the invoice for settlement! The price is between 80-150 Ron per PERSON and differs depending on the seasonal period!!!!

Vila B&P se afla in Costinești la 5 minute de gara, la o distanță de mai puțin de 700 metri pana la plaja (8 min mers pe jos) si la 5 min de discoteca Tineretului. Vila este construcție 2022 având 12 camere cu pat matrimonial utilate și mobilate modern cu baie proprie ,Wi-Fi gratuit, TV, frigider, aer condiționat , parcare privată gratuită, oaspeții beneficiind și de o bucatarie comuna aflată in foișor utilată cu aragaz, frigider, espresor cafea, aparat gheata, gratar, ceaun!

Obeliscul din Costinesti se aflà la 1,9 km de proprietate. Apartamentul are terasa, zonã de luat masa si TV ,baie privatã, bucätärie utilatã cu frigider si plitã. Apartamentul dispune de aer conditionat, wifi si se pot gãsi locuri de parcare în apropiere Pat foarte spațios si se oferã prosoape si lenjerie de pat.
