Super comfortable design, the loft of my dreams makes more than one dream. Recycled natural pine walls, cozy kitchen with induction cooktop and dishwasher. Located in the heart of the city, Internet access and Netflix. Almost everything is within walking distance. Hospital (1 km), shopping center, grocery store and Caisse Populaire (750 m), cinema (750 m). Old dock (800 m). Note that the accommodation is located in the basement of the house and that large windows light up the apartment.

On a large wooded lot and overlooking the magnificent Matapédia Lake, this new construction, fully equipped, can accommodate 2 to 6 people with two queen beds, including one on a magnificent mezzanine accessible with a ladder and a sofa bed. Great for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or just a few days of remote work, this mini-chalet will be perfect for you. Our home is located on the river side with spectacular sunsets and our backyard is the beach. Tourist area with lots of activities, hiking, vineyard, submarine, Jardin de Métis, Mont-Comi (ski) We are directly on the arts route, so there are many galleries nearby. Walking distance to a craft brewery, canteen. In high season this accommodation is rented for a 7-day period from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. (Property 304573)

This little gem is a warm and comfortable European style cottage. The property is located directly on the river bank and has private access to the rocks. You have a front row seat to observe whales, belugas, seals and all the surrounding nature! Tranquility guaranteed.
